Pascal Metrics has an immediate opening for a software engineering manager to join our team at our headquarters in Georgetown, Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have experience directing teams in the design, development, and delivery of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.

We are looking for:
- Self-motivated, prolific software engineers able to work effectively with and lead a small agile development team
- Domain experience in scalable design for SaaS or cloud architectures
- Proven experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by a competitive startup mentality
- Demonstratable expertise designing and deploying secure web applications
- Extensive experience with Java web-applications and associated open source frameworks
- Engineers with pride and interest in their craft beyond the day job
